THE GAUNTLET — 12-Week Elite Volleyball Training Series
The Gauntlet is our most complete and challenging Clinic training program — designed for athletes who want to sharpen their fundamentals, elevate their volleyball IQ, and apply their skills in real game situations.

This 12-week/ 2 month training program that meets once per week on Sunday and provides athletes with a balanced mix of high-level instruction, competitive drills, and live play. With a maximum of 26–28 athletes, every player receives focused coaching and meaningful reps.

Program Structure
​
Weeks 1,3,5,7, and 9 : Positional & Skill Development
​
Each session targets a specific position. Athletes this is a position base program which will be led by coaches who specialize in:

Setting mechanics & decision-making

Hitting approach, arm swing, and tempo

Passing consistency & serve-receive discipline
-
Defensive reading and movement
-
Serving variety and pressure situations
-
Blocking footwork, timing, and hand positioning

These clinics are designed to build strong habits, technique, and reinforce the small details that separate good players from great ones.

Weeks 2,4,6, and 8 : The 6's Training
​
These week's focus is to train skills from weeks 2,4,6,8 in a team like format. This allows athletes to practice with competitive drills and further allows them to see where each technique can/should be utilized in each scenario.

Weeks 10,11, and 12: The Gauntlet Competition Phase
​
The final three weeks shift into competitive 6-on-6 gameplay.
Athletes apply everything they learned throughout the series in:

Pressure-based scoring games

This phase allows players to test their skills, compete at a high tempo, and grow their confidence in real match environments.

Who Can Join?
​
The Gauntlet is open to girls who play at the high school level
Athletes from any club or school can participate, as this program is a separate, off-season training opportunity that does not conflict with club eligibility rules.

THE GAUNTLET - FAQ
Do I have to be at each and every clinic?
​

It is NOT mandatory to be at every clinic, but it is recommended to get the most out of the program.
​
Where would this take place, date, and time?
​

This program takes place at Providence High School's Gym on Sundays from 10:00am to 12:00pm
​
When is the start date?
​

The first day of the Gauntlet is in February and TBD , so please stay Alert.
​
Do we have to pay prior to showing up?
​

Yes, we DO NOT allow walk ins. You MUST sign up at least 1 week prior to the start date. This is to ensure every athlete plans ahead and gives the coaching staff a clean headcount to plan accordingly.
