Refund Policy
At Night and Day Volleyball Academy, we are committed to providing the highest level of training and development for our athletes. To ensure fairness and consistency, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. General Policy

Registration fees, uniforms, and tryout fees are non-refundable.

Season fees and training fees are generally non-refundable once the program begins.

2. Early Withdrawal (Before Season Starts)

If a player withdraws before the first practice, a refund may be issued minus a non-refundable deposit to cover administrative costs.

3. Mid-Season Withdrawals
​​

No refunds are provided after the season begins.

At the Academy’s discretion, pro-rated credits may be applied toward a future program if withdrawal is due to:

Verified medical injury or illness (doctor’s note required).

Family relocation outside of the area.

4. Missed Sessions
​​

Missed practices, training sessions, or events will not be refunded or credited.

We may, when possible, allow athletes to make up missed sessions in another training group, if space permits.

5. Academy Cancellations

If the Academy cancels a program, camp, or season, families will receive a pro-rated refund or credit for any remaining sessions.

6. Loyalty & Retention
​​

Families who remain enrolled and continue with Night and Day may receive priority registration, loyalty discounts, or credits toward future programs.

This ensures we reward long-term commitment while keeping policies fair to all athletes.
