Service Description
Open Gym Information - Our Free Open Gyms are for high school volleyball players who have at least 2 years of experience playing. NO WALK - INS are allowed. Everyone must sign up online. - With 2 Hours we only allow 24 players max to come in order to get full game time. Sets will be first to 25 then rotate to play the next team. - The net will be co-ed Height for both males and females to have fair play. With that being said you can make your team accordingly. - Lastly, each team gets a 6-minute warm up on the first game a no warmup leading into the next game.

Cancellation Policy
By signing up for or participating in any activity, program, or event with Night and Day Volleyball Club (“the Club”), you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following: Assumption of Risk: Volleyball and related activities carry inherent risks, including injury, illness, death, or property damage. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen. Medical Responsibility: You affirm that you are physically able to participate and have sought any necessary medical advice. The Club, its owner Khalill Johnson, employees, and volunteers are not responsible for any medical issues, treatment, or costs arising from participation. Full Release of Liability: You, on behalf of yourself, your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, unconditionally release, discharge, and hold harmless the Club, its owner, officers, agents, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, suits, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to participation—including injury, illness, death, or property damage—whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Minors: If the participant is under 18, the parent or legal guardian signing below: Fully assumes all risks on behalf of the minor participant. Waives and releases any right to bring claims, lawsuits, or demands against the Club, its owner, employees, or volunteers. Agrees to indemnify and defend the Club and its owner from any claims arising from the minor’s participation. Compliance: Participants agree to follow all Club rules and safety instructions. Binding Legal Agreement: This waiver is legally binding on all participants and, if under 18, their parents or guardians, as well as all heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. By signing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted these terms, and no oral statements can alter this agreement.
